Content Creation
From fashion, beauty and design to technology, news, entertainment, food and fitness, we create content that audiences love. Being a part of Scotts Media Group means creating, reporting and distributing some of the most compelling and innovative content in the industry—across all our platforms of digital, video, social, print and experiential.

Operations ensure day-to-day excellence, capability sharing across all our brands while maintaining our policies and procedures. They provide strategic support to the business by identifying partnerships to drive new revenues. In addition to organizational oversight, other functions include: business development, licensing, archiving, communications, event planning, financial and human resource management.

Sales & Marketing
This dynamic team is responsible for customer acquisition and retention, defining brand identity, driving audience growth, engagement and consumer research. The team has an overall responsibility to drive revenue through in-market leads, B2B marketing and client services. Key functions include: consumer revenue, brand management, audience development, social media management, creation of sales strategies and insights.

Research and Technology
This team helps power the portfolio of our brands as we evolve into a next-generation media company, using data and technology to deliver market leading products, enabling our digital transformation and providing the essential market research for consumer growth and retention.
